Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "you") and dk445 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the dk445 platform, website, and all associated services available at dk445.io (collectively, the "Platform").

dk445 operates as an offshore online betting and casino platform offering sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket), live casino games, and a slot library of over 500 titles. The Platform is designed for and primarily targets adult players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English.

By registering an account, completing the dk445 login process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on any game offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by it. Eligibility

4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

6. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or agent of dk445 or any of its affiliated, parent, or subsidiary companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

dk445 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe specified by dk445, your account may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending verification.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the dk445 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering your dk445 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your dk445 login credentials with any other person. dk445 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

dk445 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment transactions are subject to the following conditions:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
2. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the corresponding deposit. dk445 does not process withdrawals to different payment accounts than those used for deposits.

7. Any funds deposited on the Platform must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to their own wagering conditions as outlined in Section 6.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the dk445 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, or slots. The following general rules apply across all product areas:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. dk445 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
2. dk445 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
3. For cricket and other sports markets, the applicable event rules (including rules on abandoned matches, reduced overs, and walkovers) are published within the relevant market page. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before placing a bet.
4. Maximum stake limits apply across all markets and products. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. dk445 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
5. In-play betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. In-play odds update in real time and dk445 cannot be held responsible for connectivity issues that may affect a player's ability to place or view an in-play bet.
6. Game outcomes in all live casino and slot products are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer procedures operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. dk445 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bonuses & Promotions

dk445 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria for each promotion (including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, and geographic restrictions) are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
2. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
3. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited.
4. Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.

Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, using automated tools, or placing offsetting bets — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
6. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

dk445 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure betting environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that places bets or interacts with the Platform without direct human input.
• Any form of collusion between players in live casino games or poker-style products.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with markets available on dk445.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with dk445.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately. Funds held in suspended accounts will be subject to investigation and may be forfeited in full. dk445 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Any loss of data, winnings, or account funds resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access was made possible by the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

• Any loss resulting from a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude the liability of dk445 for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

Account Termination

You may request the closure of your dk445 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to your verified mobile wallet account within a reasonable timeframe.

dk445 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• An account being found to belong to a player under the age of 21.

Amendments
